Let's Talk

Multi-Zone Distribution

Multi-Zone Distribution from 75F delivers intelligent comfort across your entire building — not just one area. Instead of relying on outdated systems with one thermostat, our solution dynamically balances VAV and VVT systems in real time across all zones, ensuring every occupant enjoys optimal conditions while maximizing energy efficiency.

Boost Comfort

Individually control every zone — not just the one with the thermostat — using IoT sensors, smart hardware, and cloud-based apps.

Save Energy

Save energy with zone-level precision, smart scheduling, occupancy-based control and proactive alerts.

Lower Costs

Lower costs with wirelessly communicating hardware, pre-programmed control sequences, and pre-built analytics.

Simplify Support

Access powerful diagnostics anytime, anywhere—with trends, heatmaps, and tools that simplify troubleshooting and cut site visits.

No Programming

75F's built-in control sequences are flexible and field configurable. No programming or front-end development required — simply select equipment type and desired features from drop-down menus during install.

Staged RTU with VFD Control

The 75F CCU supports up to 7 relays for staged RTU operation and outputs an analog signal to modulate the VFD driving the supply fan. Fan speeds can be adjusted independently for each stage of cooling or heating, enabling greater efficiency and comfort across varying load conditions.

VAV With Reheat - No Fan

75F supports VAV terminal units with optional pressure-independent airflow, configurable reheat (modulating or 2-stage), and support for 0–10V, 10–0V, 2–10V, and 10–2V hot water actuators. The system also supports staged relays or pulsed electric reheat, with integrated sensors for supply/discharge air temp, actuator feedback, and current. Built-in sequences follow ASHRAE Guideline 36 and include granular demand control ventilation with occupancy modes like Auto Away and Auto Forced Occupied.

It Starts with Data

75F sensors are placed throughout each zone and collect data like temperature, humidity, CO2, occupancy, and more. Installed with a standard 2-wire interface, these lightweight sensors communicate pre-tagged data over a 900 MHz wireless mesh network to the 75F Central Control Unit.

Data Meets Control

The 75F Central Control Unit (CCU) is the AHU controller and supervises control decisions to the 75F Smart Node terminal equipment controller. The CCU is also 75F's head-end workstation and gateway device — it aggregates data from all connected sensors and transmits it to the cloud for remote control and analysis.

Software-Defined Hardware

The 75F Smart Node is supervised by the CCU, and its software is defined during the installation process depending on the equipment type — no programming required. All types of VAV boxes and CAV dampers are supported.

"If I want to look at an entire section of the building, I can do that. If I want to zero in on one office, I can make that office comfortable without impacting the others around it."
